What affects a Brisbane move

High-set homes add a full flight of external stairs at one or both ends. Telling us about stairs up front is the single biggest factor in an accurate Brisbane quote.
Inner-city street access
Suburbs such as West End, Paddington and New Farm have narrow streets and limited kerb space. Where a permit or reserved space is needed we will tell you before the day.
Apartment lift bookings
CBD, South Brisbane and Newstead buildings usually require a booked service lift and insurance paperwork lodged with building management.
Deception Bay and Moreton Bay access
For a house, villa or unit move, tell us about shared driveways, visitor parking, gates, steps and the distance from the truck to each door. If both homes are in the same complex, explain the full path between them: a short distance does not remove lifting or access constraints.
