Most towers from Southport through to Coolangatta require a service-lift booking and a certificate of currency lodged with building management. Tell us your building and we will work to the window you are given.
Loading dock and parking access
Coastal buildings often have height-restricted docks or short loading zones. Knowing the dock clearance in advance decides which vehicle we send.
Hinterland and acreage driveways
Steep or narrow driveways around the hinterland can rule out a large truck. We will ask about the approach so the right vehicle turns up.
M1 timing
